A private suite within Vintage House
V1 is the garden-level half of the Vintage House duplex on the original carriage-house site. Two separate bedrooms give your party room to settle in, while the living area offers a place to reconnect. Your exterior entrance is private; there is no connecting interior door to V2.
Simple comforts for a downtown stay
The suite includes an efficiency kitchen, one full bathroom, and laundry. For guests who plan to enjoy Bozeman’s restaurants and cafés as part of their visit, V1 makes an independent home base. If a full kitchen is important for your stay, consider V2, Vintage House, or the entire estate.

V1 is offered individually within 30 days of arrival, subject to availability and the combined Vintage House booking. For a trip farther ahead, explore Vintage House, which reserves V1 and V2 together, or ask Jen about your group’s plans.

The floor plan shows how V1’s two bedrooms, living area, kitchen, and bathroom fit together. Jen is happy to walk you through it on a quick call. A stay in V1 does not include Rouse House and does not authorize a gathering.

Outdoor spaces & parking
When V1 is reserved separately, your stay includes the fire table in front of Vintage House and the BBQ. The upstairs balcony is allocated to V2, and the gardens, patios, and fireplace at Rouse House are allocated to Rouse House bookings.
Parking spaces are assigned to each reservation. Please use only the spaces assigned to your stay.
How many beds are in V1?
V1 has two private bedrooms with one queen bed in each, accommodating up to four overnight guests.
Does V1 have a full kitchen?
V1 has an efficiency kitchen. V2 has a full kitchen, while Rouse House has the chef’s kitchen.
When can V1 be booked separately?
Individual V1 bookings open within 30 days of arrival, subject to availability. V1 can also be reserved with V2 as Vintage House.
