An independent stay at Vintage House
V2 is the upper suite of Vintage House, the duplex on the original carriage-house location at Vintage Estate. Its exterior entrance leads upstairs to a single level with a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. There is no internal connection to the garden-level V1 suite.
Space to enjoy your own rhythm
The full kitchen gives you the option to cook at home, while the living area makes room for a quiet evening after a day in Bozeman. A full bathroom and laundry complete the suite. With a maximum of two overnight guests, V2 works as a private base for a couple or solo traveler.
Know the stairs and booking window
V2 is a one-story walk-up reached by exterior stairs. All of its living spaces are on one level after you enter. Individual bookings open within 30 days of arrival, subject to availability. To reserve both Vintage House suites together, choose the Vintage House arrangement.
Downtown, with your own front door
Step out to explore downtown Bozeman’s coffee, dining, shops, and galleries, then come back to your own suite. Jen can talk you through the floor plan and the available booking arrangements. An individual V2 stay does not include Rouse House or permission to host a gathering.

Outdoor spaces & parking
When V2 is reserved separately, your stay includes the upstairs balcony. The fire table and BBQ are allocated to V1, and the gardens, patios, and fireplace at Rouse House are allocated to Rouse House bookings.
Parking spaces are assigned to each reservation. Please use only the spaces assigned to your stay.
Is V2 on the ground floor?
No. V2 is reached by exterior stairs. Its bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area are then on one level.
Does V2 have a full kitchen and laundry?
Yes. V2 has a full kitchen, living area, one full bathroom, and laundry.
Can V1 and V2 be booked together?
Yes. The Vintage House option reserves V1 and V2 together, for up to six overnight guests across three bedrooms.
