One reservation, three private retreats
The entire-estate arrangement brings Rouse House, V1, and V2 into one stay. It suits families and small groups who want time together without sharing every moment. Meet for a meal, enjoy the garden and terraces, and return to your own private suite. The residences are not internally connected.
Rouse House is the heart of your stay
The original 1881 estate house has a chef’s kitchen and dining for eight on its main floor, along with an entertainment area, patio access, and a half bath. Upstairs is a lavish king bedroom with a private full ensuite. A basement living room and second half bath add another place to settle in. The wine cellar is private and for viewing only.
More room in Vintage House
On the original carriage-house site, Vintage House is a duplex with two independent exterior entrances. Garden-level V1 has two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, and an efficiency kitchen. The V2 walk-up has a king bedroom, one full bathroom, and a full kitchen. Both have living areas and laundry.
A downtown home base
At 506 E Babcock Street, the estate places you near downtown Bozeman’s dining, coffee, shops, and galleries. Walk out for a meal, spend an afternoon exploring Main Street, and come back to your group. Jen can help you think through the layout before you reserve.

Your group has access to all landscaped areas when you reserve the entire estate.
Parking spaces are assigned to each reservation. Please use only the spaces assigned to your stay.
Does an entire-estate reservation include permission to host a gathering?
No. All accommodation bookings exclude gathering permission. Only guests who reserve the entire estate may apply. Prior approval, a separate application and event contract, additional fees, and further requirements apply. The gathering limit is 30 people; overnight occupancy remains eight.
Are the three suites connected indoors?
No. Rouse House, V1, and V2 each have an exterior entrance. There are no internal connecting doors between suites.
