A duplex with privacy built in
Vintage House occupies the original carriage-house location at Vintage Estate. Today it offers two fully furnished suites with independent exterior entrances. Booking Vintage House reserves both V1 and V2 together. You can travel as one group while each part of your party has its own living space.
V1: two queen bedrooms at garden level
V1 is the garden-level suite, with two separate queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living area, an efficiency kitchen, and laundry. It accommodates up to four guests. It is a useful arrangement when your group wants two separate bedrooms in the same suite.
V2: a king suite one flight up
Reached by exterior stairs, V2 is a one-story walk-up with all living spaces on one level. A king bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, living area, and laundry make it a private retreat for up to two guests. V2 has no interior connection to V1.
Choose the arrangement that fits
Vintage House does not include Rouse House or its chef’s kitchen and dining room. If your group needs all three suites and dining for eight, explore the entire-estate option. Jen is happy to talk through the floor plans on a quick call.
Before you reserve
Outdoor spaces & parking
When Vintage House is reserved as a whole building, your stay includes the fire table in front of the building, the BBQ, and V2’s upstairs balcony. The gardens, patios, and fireplace at Rouse House are allocated to Rouse House bookings.
Parking spaces are assigned to each reservation. Please use only the spaces assigned to your stay.
Does Vintage House include Rouse House?
No. Vintage House reserves V1 and V2 only. Rouse House is included when you reserve the entire Vintage Estate.
Can we move between V1 and V2 indoors?
No. Each suite has its own exterior entrance, with no internal connecting doors.
Can a Vintage House booking include a gathering?
No. Guests must reserve the entire estate before applying to host a gathering. A separate approval process, contract, fees, and requirements apply.
